Firstly you need to make an account on the website. Please make sure all information is correct so we can contact you.

Once you have made an account you can choose which competition you would like to enter by choosing how many entries you would like then answering the question which is required to enter. Then add tickets to your cart.

When you have done this you can head to the cart and checkout. You must tick the box to agree to our terms and conditions to complete checkout then you can pay your entry fee.

There is also a free postal entry route. All information regarding the free entry is below each competition.

Entry is open to any person that:

(i)                 is residing in the United Kingdom; and

(ii)                is 18 years of age or over.

We will draw all winners live on our Facebook page using random.org.

We will contact you within 48 hours to claim your prize.

If you win site credit this will automatically go on to your account, you can check this by clicking on your account and checking your wallet.

Yes! You can enter each competition more than once but competitions have a maximum entry per customer which will be stated clearly.

The draw will go ahead on the end date regardless of sell out, if it sells out before the date stated then we will go live that day.

We do not offer refunds on entry fees under any circumstances.

This is stated in our Competitions Policy clause 4d. Once your order has been accepted no changes or withdrawal of the entry will be permitted. Please refrain from entering any competitions if you feel as though you will require a refund due to change of decision.
